Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

If you change your mind (or bought the wrong size) but have not used the product you can post it back to us within 3 months of purchase and the product price will be refunded or you may exchange for an alternative. Please contact us first if you wish to return an item. If you bought the item from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Once used we cannot offer product refunds.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

To save you money in postage fees and time in delivery we use a third party warehouse and dispatch team in Sydney (it is central and they have excellent courier buying power). As such orders cannot be edited once in the warehouse computer system, so please choose carefully and double check before completing checkout.

Our standard dispatch time is the next business day however due to pandemic related labour shortages the team has been experiencing delays of up to 6 business days. You will be emailed at the time of dispatch with tracking information.
