The exclusive 5 Layer/3 Ply construction has copper at its core, ensuring an even heat distribution. This 26cm /7.2L Stock Pot has immense capacity with sealed edges to eliminate aluminium exposure, professional quality Stainless Steel body enveloping a copper core to ensure no hot spots. Dome glass lid for easy viewing, permanently secured handle for strength and hygiene, inside satin finish with capacity markings for accurate cooking results. Compatible with all energy sources, including the efficiency of latest cookware technology INDUCTION

Maintenance and Care:



  • Wash in hot soapy water before use

  • Do not use harsh scourers

  • Never put cold water into a hot pan

  • Avoid use of excessive high heat

  • Remove all food fat and residue from cookware

  • Never use oven cleaner

  • Whilst dishwasher safe SCANPAN recommends hand washing to extend the useful life of the product


Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:


GAS



  • Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.

  • Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.


Electric/Standard



  • Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.

  • Permanent marks may result if this is not done.


Electric/Induction



  • Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.

  • Permanent marks may result if this is not done.

  • Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.

  • Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
